Privacy policy
Last updated: Thursday, 13 August 2026
In short: this site asks for nothing, has no user accounts, runs no analytics and shares nothing with third parties. What follows explains the little that actually happens.
Data controller
The controller is the individual behind Paddock 365, a personal project with no commercial activity. Since the site collects nothing that identifies its visitors, the only contact needed to exercise any right is the address below, from which every request is handled.
- Project: Paddock 365
- Contact email: contacto@paddock365.com
Data that is not handled
The site has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no comments and no checkout. Your name, email address and any other personal detail are never requested, so there is no user database.
What stays in your browser
Two things are stored on your own device. Neither is sent to any server nor accessible to the site owner:
- The language you pick with the switcher, in a cookie named "paddock365-idioma". It stops the site from sending you back to the auto-detected language on your next visit.
- The races you star as favourites, in the browser's local storage under the key "paddock365:favoritos".
Your time zone
Session times are converted to your local time. Your own browser performs that conversion, since it is what knows the time zone set on your system: the value is never sent to a server and never stored.
No geolocation is used either. The initial language is chosen from the language header your browser sends, not from your location.
Server logs
Like any website, the server hosting it keeps technical records of the requests it receives, which may include the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. An IP address counts as personal data.
Those logs are generated and kept by the hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., acting as data processor. Their purpose is to keep the service running and protect it from abuse, on the legal basis of legitimate interest in system security. They are not used for profiling or advertising.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses neither Google Analytics nor any other measurement tool, shows no advertising, and embeds no social network buttons or pixels.
It also loads no third-party resources when you visit: the fonts are served from the site's own domain, so opening the page generates no request to anyone else's servers.
Outbound links
If you follow a link to ticket sales or to a championship's website, you leave this site and become subject to that site's privacy policy, which may well collect data and set its own cookies.
Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grants you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. You can exercise them by writing to the contact address above.
Since the site stores nothing that identifies its visitors, in practice the only thing those rights can bear on is the server logs. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes
If the site ever adds something that processes personal data — a newsletter, a form or a measurement tool — this policy will be updated before it goes live and the revision date will say so.
